About the Role

Mock & Co is a Wisconsin-born craft non-alcoholic beverage brand looking for a creative and social-savvy to help grow our digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

We’re looking for someone who understands internet culture, enjoys creating engaging short-form content, and can help bring our brand personality to life online.

What You'll Do

✓ Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, and static posts
✓ Capture product photos and short-form video content
✓ Write on-brand captions and social media copy
✓ Stay updated on trends in beverage, wellness, and lifestyle content
✓ Assist with content ideas, collaborations, and promotional campaigns
✓ Occasionally support local events and retail activations

What We're Looking For

✓ Strong eye for visual storytelling and short-form content
✓ Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
✓ Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
✓ Interest in beverage brands, wellness, lifestyle, or CPG marketing
✓ Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently
✓ Strong communication and creative thinking skills

Position Details

✓ Flexible schedule — work around your classes
✓ Paid per post/content deliverable
✓ Some in-person content opportunities in the Madison area
✓ Excellent portfolio-building opportunity for marketing, communications, design, entrepreneurship, or media students

Compensation

✓ Hourly Pay: $15.00 – $20.00/hour
✓ Flexible workload based on content deliverables and campaigns

Bonus Skills (Optional)

✓ Experience reaching out to local businesses or creators for collaborations
✓ Interest in event marketing and brand partnerships
✓ Faculty recommendation letter is preferred, but not required

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll help introduce customers to our products, create memorable sampling experiences, and support the growth of a fast-growing beverage brand.

What You'll Do

✓ Set up and manage sampling stations at retail stores and community events
✓ Introduce customers to Mock & Co products and share the brand story
✓ Create a fun, welcoming, and professional customer experience
✓ Gather quick customer feedback and event insights for the team
✓ Occasionally help capture photos and short-form social content during activations

What We're Looking For

✓ Friendly, outgoing, and confident talking with new people
✓ Reliable, punctual, and professional
✓ Comfortable working evening and weekend events
✓ Interest in marketing, hospitality, wellness, or beverage brands
✓ Experience in hospitality, retail, promotions, or customer service is a plus
✓ Must be 21+
